Problem with Crystal Report 8.5 Export and Word 2003 last update july 2008

I have problems to read document saved with export function in Crystal
Report 8.5 Preview in "Word for Windows documents" format.
This problems appears after Word 2003 Update of July 2008.

What's happened?
How can I resolve my problem? Is there a Crystal Report Update?

I found the same problem with my reports as well going to word or excel.

So far the best approach that works for me is the resolution by microsoft.
